OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM
Incentive Insights is the poster child of what it means to be greater than the sum of its parts. Each member of our executive team brings considerable relevant experience to bear, but together they create a chemistry which multiplies their individual contributions. It’s the open secret of how we flow so smoothly from serving your customers and capturing data to putting that knowledge to work on promotions and marketing.

Ashish Ahuja OwnerAshish Ahuja got his first taste of complex data entry after he completed his engineering degree at the University of Massachusetts in the late 1980s. This was the age of dial-up internet and floppy disk drives and he recalls that the technology itself made work much harder than it is today. Within a few short years, Ashish’s entrepreneurial spirit awakened and he was running a business which provided a full suite of programming services to the likes of Morgan Stanley and AT&T. Having seen how technology has made businesses more efficient, Ashish is excited to help small to mid-sized business explore the benefits of top-shelf programming and data collection and analysis.

Sudeep Chaudhuri Vice President - SystemsSudeep Chaudhuri has been working in programming and design for over 25 years, including time at one of the most valuable software companies in the world. Sudeep worked for years in medical transcription and his team developed technology and protocols for high-speed, accurate document scanning. That innovation alone dramatically changed how rebate processing can be managed by eliminating the logistical issue of needing the original document to be in the same location as the data processing. When it comes to business, he believes two principles are fundamental: more labor is not always the solution and the best solution is always the one customized to the client’s needs.

Shawn Phillips Director of OperationsShawn Phillips came to the world of data analysis and computer programming after years of honing logic, experiment design and scientific process in the biological sciences. Trained in the rigors of DNA isolation, analysis genome mapping and animal husbandry, she finds designing reports for new data sets to be a challenging intellectual exercise. Shawn’s attention to detail and data integrity were finely tuned in a biology internship where she was entrusted with testing bulk tankers of raw milk for component analysis for a commercial dairy processing facility. Shawn approaches every project and every problem with that same sense of gravity.
